Stacie was raised in Meadows of Dan, VA next to the Blue Ridge Parkway where bluegrass is very popular and many artists live within shouting distance. Her family supported and backed her in singing since she was a little girl performing on stage with her sister in churches.
Since that time she has been playing bass and singing with the Bolt Brothers for 14 years. Yes, its hard to believe how time has flew by.. Stacie meet Dan when they were Juniors in high school. They were married in 1994, and now have two children, Christian and Miranda who ages are 8 and 6 respectively.
She loves to travel and meet new people all the time..to her everyday is an adventure--you never know what you will get into. Take what comes at you and go with it!
Currently, she teaches at Floyd County High School as a Business and Information Technology Teacher. Her hobbies include taking Tae Kwon Do with her kids and reading.
