I grew up in a small town located in Willis, Va. My brother Dan And I started playing music at the age of 13. Our mom and dad had 5 boys in all so we made due with the total of instruments we had so if we both wanted the same one we compromised by playing it at the same time! That made everyone happy! I think our biggest dream and achievement in Bluegrass was when we had the privilege to play with Bill Monroe! I have always had the heart to play Bluegrass, I can say that it wasn't easy but it was worth it. I have achieved alot in my 31 yrs.
I am self-employed, I own Hollybrook Forest Products, Inc. a trucking company that delivers alternative fossil fuel to companies in SWVA. In my free time my brother Dan and I restore early century hit-n-miss engines and I like to get up a gang of people and their 4-wheelers and explore the trails on the farm. I am married to Tina Bolt and we have 2 boys and 1 girl. I have to say that Tina helps me in all I do and she devotes her time and effort in maintaining the business, our family, and promoting the band. She is a Get R Done wife! I would like to give my utmost thanks to God for giving me the talent to play and the ability to achieve my goals in life and my parents for supporting us.
